Thought I would share a little video I recorded yesterday that shows you a bit of my glute workout.
Take notice of how in squat exercises, I push through my heels to feel the tension most in my glutes and hamstrings. Also, with smith machine and plie squats – I don’t stand up out of those, which keeps constant tension on the glutes. For more burn and blood flow to the muscle, I end some sets with pulses.
