I chose to hire Karen as my trainer not only because I watched her change her lifestyle & physique, but also because I have known her for 15 years. Even though she is a Figure competitor/bodybuilder, she did not give me a “bodybuilding diet” or have me take the exact supplements that she takes. She truly created a program specifically for me that took into account my experience in the gym, my endurance level, the food that I like, the food that I absolutely won’t eat, and made something that worked for me and my schedule. Being around her is an inspiration & her attitude is so contagious that you can’t help but want to follow her guidance & change your own lifestyle. When she says that she offers 24/7 support – she does just that! She is always there for me as a coach. I would text her from the grocery store with a food question and seconds or minutes later I would have a response. Regardless of us being friends, she always keeps up her professionalism with me and that is very much appreciated. She’s the best trainer I have ever worked with and I highly recommend her.
