The “off season” is the most important time of the year for athletes.  It’s the time to make improvements so that the next time you step on stage, you reveal a new and improved physique to the judges!  Additionally, you have structure and accountability that assists you in not gaining too much body fat in your off season, which makes for a much easier, enjoyable, and less mentally grueling contest prep.
