As you begin to make healthier decisions and work on you, it’s interesting how you get questioned, poked at, and how those around you try to peer pressure you into eating things that aren’t on your diet or they try to convince you that you don’t need to go to the gym that much.`
Goals can always be challenging. Not everyone has them. Those that don’t have goals or don’t have the strength that you have, can feel uncomfortable when those around them are doing something they wish they could do. They could actually do what you do, but they don’t want to and that’s ok! Let them be them, and you…focus on you 🙂
Not everyone will understand it, will agree with it, or will be cheering you on. That’s ok. This is YOUR goal, not theirs! You don’t need permission or acceptance. You need to stay confident in what you want, despite what anyone says or thinks and also, you may find that creating distance from those that make your goal harder to achieve – may be absolutely necessary.
No one will have your back like you do. You know what you want.
If you’ve truly decided that you want to achieve this goal, then nothing or nobody will be able to stop you.
